We spotted Judy Parkinson vacationing from Oregon on Balboa Island. She looks fabulous wearing CUT jeans, a great Bar 3 shirt, and Michael Kors shoes.

We spotted Laura Matthews at her adorable boutique Laura Matthews Designs on Balboa Island. She is wearing an Alpaka cardigan, G Star jeans, Amaree’s amazing booties and a stylish Laura Matthews necklace.
Here is Lisa Foigelman of Closet Solutions. She was also spotted at Laura Matthews Designs. She looks amazing in Lululemon pants, Chloe camel booties and Solutions cardigan and tank. She’s also wearing a a beautiful Laura Matthews Designs necklace.
