I can’t believe my birthday has come and gone. I love celebrating birthdays, especially when it’s mine!!! And this year I was lucky enough to spend the day with some of my favorite girlies at the Coliseum Pool and Grill in a cabana at the Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Coast.
The Pelican Hill Resort is the perfect vacation destination for so many special occasions. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a fun day. We were lucky enough to spend the day in this beautiful cabana with a wonderful cocktail and some yummy appetizers. Our cabana overlooked the incredible pool. Even though it was a bit chilly and overcast, it didn’t matter because the view was spectacular.
We then headed to lunch at the Coliseum Grill which is one of my all time favorites. We enjoyed the most delicious dishes and had the most wonderful service.
Before we even realized, it was getting dark and our day of relaxation had come to an end. I highly recommend you check out the Coliseum Pool and Grill at the Pelican Hill Resort for a perfect day of pampering. Whether you live close (like me) or far it is well worth the trip.
